I was kept informed throughout the job on the progress. Builders where pleasant natured and being in a school environment that was a must for us. They cam when they said they would come and completed the job within time scale they quoted. They did suggest that we should repair other issues in the building, but didn't make us feel that they where pressurising us or wanted the job, pure guidance. They went out of their way to ensure that job was kept tidy throughout the job. I would highly recommend
