Honestly I don't know what the negative reviews are about, but I've ordered my vaping stuff off Washington Vapes countless times for over 2 years now and I've got exactly what I ordered. They dispatch it quick and they use DPD who are a good courier service. And Washington Vapes has the best prices from what I've seen online.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Their carrier sent my large order to a different address. DPD have admitted this and GPS proves it yet Washington Vapes are ignoring all my emails and calls regarding my refund. I have escalated this to trading standards. Scam company. Beware.
Scamed and shit service
The scamed my wife she picked 2 numbers for raffle give to there worker and they won and the staff or horrible a would never go again go to the vape shop in Grange Town sunderland they will beat them with prices
