Sports Massage Gateshead

I work professionally as a Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist, and as part of massage therapy I provide services such as sports massage, Swedish massage, posture assessment and advice on therapeutic exercise. I work as self-employed from home, where I have a specifically designed massage therapy room designated to my clients.
You can have a different massage depending on your specific condition:

-Swedish massage
-Deep tissue massage
-Soft tissue massage
-Sports massage

30 minute session: £20
60 minute session: £35
90 minute session: £50

Whether you book a 30, 60 or 90-minute session, allow extra 10 minutes for the full appointment to take place. Every session includes assessment of injury, postural assessment and corrective exercise advice completely free of charge. This will be aimed at gaining valuable information about the areas of treatment for the session to focus on.
