Being a technological luddite, the ability to develop a fully functioning ecommerce website is way beyond my capabilities, and to be honest, I have absolutely no desire to build my own website. Fortunately the Intoitmedia team just love building websites! At our initial meeting, they took a real interest in me and my business idea. I vaguely knew what I wanted, but had no idea what I needed! Abbie, Adam and Ethan were able to make sense of my ramblings and come up with a Petmitts website that I love and am proud of. At times, they appear to talk in a different language (in my world, plug-ins are things that make your home smell nice!!); however they always explain things to me in simple language but in a non-patronising, professional way (not easy to do).Their ongoing customer service is fab and any changes that I want are actioned very promptly. I am always kept in the loop as to what they are doing.
