Westways Vets, West Rd Newcastle. STAY AWAY. THERE WANTED TO DO AN OPERATION IN MY 13 YEAR OLD DOG. GIVING HER 50/50 CHANCE TO SURVIVE DIAGNOSED HER WITH PROLAPSE. BUT WENT TO ANOTHER VET AND IT WAS JUST A PULYP WHICH IS NOT LIFE THREATENING. NOW AFTER DAYS WAITING FOR A PHONE CALL OFF THEM. THERE HAVE ASKED FOR REMAINING BALANCE THAT WE HAVE OUTSTANDING. THE PRACTICE MANAGER. PHONE AND DENIED THAT THEM SAID IT WAS A PROLAPSE SO WHY DID YOU HAVE TO DO AN EMERGENCY OPERATING FOR A PULYP? THERE NOT LIFE THREATENING. MY DOG WENT TO ANOTHER VET GOT SOME STEROIDS AND THE PULYP WAS GONE BY THURSDAY. YOU NEED CLOSED DOWN..
