I would highly recommend this art to anyone who is serious about self defence and good health. Especially any woman who want a proven and effect form of self defense that is practical and effective. Practised by several well know special forces and police forces around the world. You don't need any previous experience in Martial arts as the art is based on the most practical and effective counter to a given situation.
