Formed in the millennium year under the name AHM Design but incorporated and re-branded as Architectural Base Consultancy in August 2014. Situated in the heart of the North East working throughout Durham, Sunderland and Newcastle, at ABC we specialise in a diverse range of Architectural Services for all types of projects to both the commercial and domestic markets.

We keep ourselves conversant in all current construction legislation and practices and endeavor to keep aware of and embrace new legislation and techniques as they appear. We have particular knowledge and expertise in energy efficient buildings and techniques especially in housing.
Our general policy is to produce high quality design solutions to meet and exceed our Clients needs and brief, ensuring the client is involved through all stages of the design process.
We have an excellent record in securing Planning and Building Regulations Approvals due to our close working relationship with the Local Authorities/Building Control Companies.
