Welcome to Ark Psychological Services. I am a HCPC Registered Clinical Psychologist. I have over 10 years experience of working psychologically within the NHS. I have a background in working with adults who have experienced trauma. I have a particular interest in attachment theory and how this can impact our relationships with others and ourselves. I am interested in the body mind connection following trauma, and particularly the use of present moment awareness in finding ways to befriend, familiarise with, and heal parts of the self. I adopt a broad and integrative approach, drawing on a range of therapeutic models in order to develop a collaborative and person-centred understanding of your difficulties.
