Sphere Specialist Healthcare Ltd

We provide a range of specialist high quality and bespoke care services to clients who need support to live independently. We aim to ensure our clients needs are met holistically, to not only support clients to live at home for as long as possible, but also to have an active role within the community and thus and improved level of meaningfulness and greater self-esteem.

We provide services to a wide range of clients including:
• Older people
• People living with a physical disability
• Those recovering or readapting following a hospital stay
• People diagnosed with long term conditions
• People living with a learning disability/autism

We can deliver our services within the client’s home itself or various locations within the community in line with the clients individual and bespoke care plan. All services are fully assessed for risk by qualified nurses, occupational therapists or other specialists deemed appropriate for that individual activity or location.
