Awful Meal - Demanded Refund

If Zero Stars was possible this would be my choice. Food arrived very late, it was cold and majority of main dishes were spilled into the bottom of their carrier bag. The 2x Onion Bhaji's were a Red mess and the 2x main dishes (What remained still in the carton) were swimming in grease with very little meat evident so I went back on the phone to complain my meals were inedible. Staff agreed to refund my money in full, then claimed their manager was on his day off and he was the only person who could give a refund on the card machine??? I rang back tonight (Day after) only to be told manager again not in business and accused of 'harassing them' after further abuse I was finally advised no refund would be made after all. Avoid at all cost...use Blyth - Pan Ahar Tandoori instead
