Grantham & District Mencap strives to support people with learning disabilities to achieve Opportunity, Choice, Respect and inclusion. The organisation provides day care services, residential (including respite) and leisure activities.

Our day centre offers members a wide range of activities and, two fully accessible changing places where your care needs can be met with dignity and comfort. Our residential home, Fairview Farm is an old farmhouse and bungalows set in large grounds. Residents have the choice of how to decorate their room, spend their time and have a personal care plan.

We are currently developing a café at the Tennis Club which will be run by people with learning disabilities, opening early spring.

Other services include;
• Mother’s group who meet every 2nd Wednesday in the month
• Gateway Club – a leisure group who meet every Monday & Thursday evening (6.30-9.00pm)
• Coffee morning usually held at the centre every last Tuesday in the month (10.00 – 11.30am)
