They came highly recommended by a friend as our oven wasn't working. We paid in March for a five minute visit that didn't fix the oven. After much chasing and calling they came back to take another look. Said we needed a new part and they'd look into it, but after chasing again we have heard nothing. Essentially 6 months after reaching out we are £40 down without a working oven.
