Payplan, debt consolidation help working throughout Grantham Lincolnshire and across the Uk. Payplan were once known as FCL (Federated Credit Limited) and offered free debt advice to anyone in the UK. A sister company called Shaws Insolvency Services was also established to assist members of the Police Force who required an IVA (Individual Voluntary Arrangement). FCL worked very closely with the Police Federations, as their members were not permitted to go bankrupt. As the number of enquiries grew rapidly, it became clear that there was also a need for a debt management service and thus Payplan was developed to provide totally free debt management plans. In 2005, we became aware that people calling us for help were getting confused; are we FCL, are we Shaws or are we Payplan? So the decision was made to use just one name, Payplan Ltd and to change Shaws Insolvency Services to The Payplan Partnership, that way (we hope) there will be no further confusion.

Payplan are one of the UKs leading free debt management companies. We use a system developed for the Paylink Trust (a not-for-profit organisation) to make repayment arrangements between clients who are in debt and the companies they owe money to. Payplan work closely with charities such as National Debt Line who help people who have unmanageable debts. Major banks and credit card companies refer clients to us for help, including Marks & Spencer Financial Services, HBOS and other lenders who recognise the need for Payplan's practical and impartial advice backed by many years of specialist debt management experience.
