We have been forming companies in Newcastle since 1948 and much of our work comes from solicitors and accountants in the North East, many of whom have used us for many years.
Our directors are Jim Lowe and Elaine Gibson. Jim is a long-established lecturer and author in company law and they have both been registering companies for clients for over 25 years.

Most of our business is with long-standing clients in and by personal recommendation.
