After speaking to Bt about low transmission and being told it would cost £200 I contacted Ronnie
Ronnie tested the line and confirmed there was a transmission problem. He then called BT on my behalf, discussed the issue and booked an engineer for me. Very good service, helpful with fantastic knowledge. I would certainly recommend if you are worried about paying BT's overpriced engineer charges 10/10
