Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs Course

A clinically proven 12-week yoga course specially designed to help reduce chronic lower back pain and discomfort. Supported by Arthritis Research UK and University of York Medical Sciences Department, this gentle but effective yoga course teaches you how to help yourself to a happier, healthier lower back. Proved to be more than 30% better at relieving pain than physiotherapy, osteopathy and all other forms of treatment. Can bring long term relief from back pain. Only £11.99 per session includes FREE Relaxations CD, quality handouts and use of all equipment.

Yoga Therapy

Individual yoga tuition for specific medical conditions. Yoga Therapy is an individualized yoga session designed especially for you to help relieve your medical conditions, ailments and improve your health and wellbeing. Yoga Therapy can help to treat a wide range of problems from Arthritis, Fibromyalgia and Asthma to mental issues such as stress and anxiety. Sessions available in Newcastle City Centre and in Gateshead. £35 per hour. Appointments available between 9:30am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday.

Yoga Personal Training

One-to-one or group yoga sessions. Get individual coaching at exactly the right standard for your level of fitness. Convenient times and locations. From £37.50 per hour.

Yoga Therapy

Working with Sara quite literally stretched me beyond my expectations. Since practising yoga with her my frozen shoulder has almost completely resolved itself and I find I am able to walk and stand taller than I have ever been able to before.
