Steer clear

There isn't a zero star rating, unfortunately, or i will have used it gladly. No explanation as of why they haven't delivered my parcel, and all staff, be it from the local Newcastle depo, or head office, have quickly washed their hands and declined to even investigate it a little, at least for the sake of the customer service that they should be focused on. Instead, everyone raised their shoulders in a "f..k you, i don't know" kind of way, that is showing how bad their customer service skills are. I'll steer clear of ever using them and i hope this is a little warning to everyone else that will ever fall victim of even wanting, nevermind trying, to use them.
