Power Yoga

I teach a strong yet relaxing yoga practise, designed to help you ease those aches and pains away, whilst developing your strength and flexibility. I keep my practises accessible to all, so no crazy yoga poses!! But I guarantee you will feel like you had had a work out, without any impact on joints or leaping up and down. Class is held between 6pm and 7pm, and costs £4,50. Mats provided or bring your own.
