Biscuit & Bailey's North East Hydrotherapy and Canine Grooming Centre is based in Chester-le-street, County Durham. The company is named after our two canine bundles of fun Biscuit and Bailey.
Our job is to work together with dog owners and veterinary practitioners to provide specific treatment schedules for your dogs. These depend on the variety of health issues we are treating and by using hydrotherapy for the rehabilitation we are able to achieve highly successful results.

Our job is to work together with dog owners and veterinary practitioners to provide specific treatment schedules for your dogs. These depend on the variety of health issues we are treating and by using hydrotherapy for the rehabilitation we are able to achieve highly successful results.
Staff dealing with any rehabilitation are fully qualified Registered Canine Hydrotherapists (RCH's). Therefore, the Hydrotherapist looking after your dog will be trained in Hydrotherapy, required to abide by a code of practice and ethics as outlined by the National Association of Registered Canine Hydrotherapists (NARCH).
Every RCH is listed on the NARCH Website, enabling you to check their registration is valid as well as providing details on the type and level of training completed and areas of competence or expertise.
As listed RCH's, staff have fulfilled the NARCH training requirements for registration, which are the highest in the UK. RCH's must also complete a further 20 hours of Continued Professional Development training each year. Registration with NARCH is not an easy option for a Canine Hydrotherapists and, therefore, ensures that the service you receive is of the highest standards.
In addition, RCHs are required to abide by the guidelines and rules set out in the Guide to Professional Conduct for Registered Canine Hydrotherapists and must hold public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
Additionally we offer a grooming service. Staff have years of experience and are highly trained to city and guild level 3 standard. Products used in our salon are of the highest calibre to ensure the perfect finish for your dog.
