This company are all about ripping small businesses off! Avoid at all costs - you will regret it if you don't!
Avoid this company worst experience ever
Avoid this company unless you like being taken for an absolute fool! Missed bin pick ups & extra charges like you would never believe!! They have a contract that you can never leave (whatever the circumstances) without big penalty of payment & when your contract is up & you do all the termination of contract the right way that's advised to you by them they will do anything they can to get extra money & when you challenge it will send a solicitor letter to frighten you! If you do agree to a contract be warned that if you ever have a query regarding the billing it is almost impossible to speak to someone & you are given every excuse as to why this problem can't be resolved! No customer service at all! Read all reviews on this company before you sign anything with them!
bad company do beware
I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are expensive and do not collect the bins as expected, Very disappointed by the lack of customer services.
